Circulation Assistant/Volunteer Specialist
22 hours/week; $14.25-$14.75/hour

The Aloha Community Library is a dynamic nonprofit public library that provides a wide range of services. We are seeking a team-oriented library enthusiast to serve as a part-time Circulation Assistant/Volunteer Specialist.

The ideal candidate is positive, practices proactive customer service, is passionate about working with volunteers, and is eager to learn and innovate. The ability to train teen and adult volunteers to perform circulation tasks accurately is necessary. Library and/or volunteer coordination experience is a plus, but not required. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, flexibility, the ability to work independently, the enjoyment of working with a diverse group of people, and the ability to work evening and Saturday shifts.
