Why fund our fantastic library?

Did you know that the Aloha Community Library is one of just three public libraries in Washington County, OR, that are run by nonprofit organizations? This means that, although we receive the majority of our funding from Washington County Cooperative Library Services, we don’t have a city budget to provide the rest of the funding we need the way that most of our sibling libraries do.

This is where you come in! It’s the support of committed folks like you that empowers our library to provide high quality library services for our neighbors. Your donation buys new books for our patrons, provides our visitors with assistance from trained staff, and brings innovations and improvements within the library’s means.
