The Aloha Community Library is a nonprofit public library, and although a good chunk of our funding is provided by Washington County Cooperative Library Services, we are responsible for raising up to 20-30% of our budget each year in order to run the library.
It’s the support of committed folks like you that empowers our library to provide high quality library services for our neighbors. If you’re ready to make a difference in our community, here are some ways you can support library operations….
Make a donation
When you donate to the Aloha Community Library Association, you’re helping us to pay for reference assistance, wi-fi, interlibrary loan services, library events, public computers – and of course, plenty of books and movies! All of these things are vital to providing library services to Aloha residents.

With an average of over 3,500 visitors each month, the Aloha Community Library is a hub of activity in the heart of our neighborhood. Community is integral to a thriving business, and our community is the focus of what we do every day.
When your organization becomes an ACLA business member, you are funding our community’s free access to a place where anyone can study, work, help children develop literacy skills, access resources for building job skills, or simply gather with neighbors. Plus, in recognition of your support, you can receive a library supporter window cling, your organization’s name on our website and donor wall, one vote at the Aloha Community Library Association annual meeting, and more!
