Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we are thrilled to share that we will hold a free store in the library for families in need to shop for school supplies!
With limited supplies, we would especially like to target local families. If you know of a child or family in need that attends Kinnaman Elementary, Hazeldale Elementary, Aloha-Huber Park K-8, Aloha High School, the Beaverton Academy of Science and Engineering (BASE), or the International School of Beaverton (ISB), please help us spread the word!
The free store will be open on Saturday, September 4th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the Children’s Library. Supplies will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that while we have collected as many supplies as we can, we likely will not have every item on a child’s supply list.
If you haven’t donated yet but would like to support the drive, we are accepting donations in the library through Friday, September 3rd.
