Position 1: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays; 9:30am-2:30pm (15 hours per week)
Position 2: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays; 1:15pm-6:15pm (15 hours per week)
Wage range: $19.15-$20.92
Ages 18+

The Aloha Community Library Association is the governing body that operates a nonprofit public library in unincorporated Aloha, Oregon. The Aloha Community Library Association is a member of Washington County Cooperative Library Services. We are seeking two part time Public Services Assistants. Public Services Assistants spend most shifts working directly with patrons and answering questions, providing technology assistance, checking materials in and out, and keeping the library tidy and safe. Our ideal candidate is positive, practices proactive customer service, is passionate about providing equitable library services to everyone, and is eager to learn and innovate. Library experience is a plus but not required. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, flexibility, the ability to work independently, and the enjoyment of working with a diverse group of people. Additional hours are available occasionally when other shifts need coverage.
