About Teen Summer Reading
Tweens and teens ages 10 through 18 (entering 6th through 12th grade) are invited to Level Up at the Library this summer with the Aloha Community Library!
Reading logs will be available in the library on June 2nd to keep track of the hours you read from June through August. Return as many reading logs as you like for entry into our monthly prize drawings, and a FREE book starting July 14th. No sign up necessary, just pick up a reading log and start tracking! Our bonus challenge also invites teens to complete a BINGO card to be entered into a prize drawing.
Reading Logs
Reading logs use 20 minute increments to keep track of the time you spend reading. If 20 minutes seems like too much or not enough time, feel free to make adjustments to a time that’s more suitable for you. Want to fill in a butterfly for each 15 minutes you read? Great! Or maybe every hour? Sure! Just make a note on your reading log before you return it to the library.
Visit the Kids Summer Reading page for children 10 and under (infants through entering 5th grade) or Adult Summer Reading page for adults ages 18+.
Bonus Challenge
Want to take your reading to the next level? Pick up or download Summer Reading Bingo for Tweens and Teens! Complete the challenges to get a BINGO of five squares in a row and bring your BINGO card back to the Aloha Community Library to be entered into a prize drawing. Available from Monday, June 2 through Saturday, August 30.
