Did you know you can create a watercolor masterpiece without using paint? This method uses tissue paper squares to “paint” by transferring color from the squares after wetting them. Gather everything you need during holds pickup hours, Monday-Wednesday, 3-6 pm, or Thursday-Saturday, 10 am – 1 pm while supplies last.
