Twice a month, we host a discussion of a movie that is available through Kanopy, the movie streaming service that is free with your library card (wccls.kanopy.com). A link to each selection is posted to our Facebook page (facebook.com/AlohaLibrary) on Tuesday of the previous week, to allow ~10 days to watch it before our talk over Zoom. With theaters closed, we also try to approximate a communal viewing experience by sharing the movie over Zoom starting at 2pm, just before the gab session – announced over Facebook as well. Either method is a great way to connect while socially distancing! For adults.
