Worn, ripped or fraying jeans? Missing buttons or tricky zippers? Bring your favorite pairs of jeans in need of repair to this 2-hour hands-on, skill-share workshop. Knowledgeable Repair Fair volunteers will demonstrate a few mending techniques and assist students in fixing their own denim. The workshop may cover topics such as the basics of denim care, sewing tools, patching, sashiko, hems, buttons and zippers.
Register here. Seats limited. Each participant will receive a small travel-sized sewing kit. No denim? No problem, we will provide materials. No need to purchase additional supplies.
