Just come to the door during regular library hours and let us know that you’re dropping off handcrafted items for the Booktique sale. Thank you!
We’re bringing back our Booktique holiday sale this December, and we are seeking donations of handcrafted items to sell to benefit the library! Do you make jewelry? Stuffed animals? Knitted hats? Artisan soap? Whatever your craft is, we hope you’ll consider supporting library operations by donating some of your completed projects to our sale.
Bring your donations to our service desk any time during open hours through Wednesday, November 30th. We will ask you to provide your contact information and a description, quantity, and suggested price for each item. You can print and complete a form with this information ahead of time, or fill one out at the library.

The fine print:
- All items should be handcrafted or upcycled, and appropriate to display at a family-friendly event. No homemade foods, sorry!
- Suggested prices are suggestions only and the library may choose to set other prices at its discretion.
- Items that remain unsold at the end of the Booktique will be retained by the library and may be sold at future events or otherwise utilized to benefit the library.
Our online Spring Auction has ended and our week of daily raffles is over. A huge thank you to everyone who participated for your support!
We’re still working towards our goal of raising $15,000 by the end of June 2022, so if you would still like to make a difference, we will very gratefully accept your donation. We can’t do this without you!

Thank you so much to all the donors who help our community library thrive! The fabulous joint efforts of our matching donors and the rest of our community raised roughly $14,000 in support of library services in Aloha on #GivingTuesday. That leaves just $26,000 to go to reach our $40,000 Year End fundraising goal by December 31st, 2021. (Check out the thermometer to the right to see how much of that $40k goal has been raised so far!)
