The Aloha Community Library Association is seeking an experienced, flexible part-time Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing organization.

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for recording and reporting all financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, budget preparation and cash flow projections, and IRS forms (Form 990, 1099). The position will work closely with the Office Manager, Library Director, and Board Treasurer in monitoring the budget and analyzing financial reports.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and accounting related tasks, including bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable. A thorough understanding of QuickBooks and being willing to update financial operations within the library is a must. This position requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, the ability to work independently, and the enjoyment of working with a diverse group of people.

The Aloha Community Library is a growing, dynamic public library that provides a wide range of services for the area’s residents. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Library Assistant II! Under the supervision of the Circulation Supervisor, the Library Assistant II partners with other employees and circulation volunteers to organize workloads and complete tasks; performs customer service and circulation duties; assists with reader’s advisory and basic reference questions; assists with staffing special programs; and is responsible for all aspects of specific special projects as assigned. This is a part-time position, up to 20 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Part Time On-Call Circulation Clerk Position

Hourly Rate between $10.00-12.00

The Aloha Community Library is a growing, dynamic public library that provides a wide range of services for the area’s residents. We are seeking two enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to serve as On-Call Circulation Clerks to help provide extra support and time off coverage for staff.  Library Clerk duties include providing patron assistance at the public service desk, online data entry, and check-in, check-out, and shelving of library materials.  Applicants must have graduated from an accredited high school or equivalent.  Refer to the job description for a comprehensive list of duties and qualifications.  This is a part time on-call position at 5 to 15 hours per week.  Applicants must be available to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends, sometimes on short-notice.
