Nature Mobile: Beavers are Ecosystem Engineers

See and touch beaver pelt and skull to learn what adaptations make them one of nature’s most efficient ecosystem engineers. Nature Mobile: Critter Construction

Whether it’s plowing out a den, building a house, or weaving beautiful silk, many animals are very talented! Learn about all of the amazing things animals create through hands-on activities and crafts from the THPRD Nature Mobile. Feel free to drop by the library anytime between 12:00 and 2:00 pm!

Nature Mobile: Birds

WEDNESDAY APRIL 15  3:00-5:00 PM

Stop by the Aloha Community Library any time between 3:00 and 5:00 pm to learn about the amazing world of birds! Dissect owl pellets to discover what an owl had for dinner, get up close with a real taxidermy owl, and see how birds use their beaks to eat different types of food.
