May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Help support mental health education, research, awareness, and wellness for everyone!

Join Paul D. Underwood, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Washington County’s Executive Director, as he shares his personal story of coping with family mental health issues, explains NAMI’s mission to break the stigma of mental illness, and presents ideas for how to promote mental health in our community.
